I was born in Tashkent in 1978. I graduated Masters' Department of UzSWLU in 2001. I defended my PhD dissertation in 2010 and DSc dissertation in 2017. I am an author of more than 100 articles, 6 more monographs, 4 dictionaries, 4 textbooks and manuals. I am a professor English Language Translation Theory Department of UzSWLU.
