A festive event was organized by the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages on January 12 to celebrate the 32nd anniversary of the establishment of the Armed Forces and the Day of Defenders of the Fatherland.

In his opening remarks, the Rector of the university, Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov extended sincere congratulations to all faculty staff and male students engaged at the university on this momentous occasion.

In addition, during the event, the head of the university highlighted the notable accomplishments of 2023 and provided an overview of the reforms that were executed.

Well-known artists and singers took part in the event and presented their songs and performances.

Furthermore, in 2023, a group comprising vice-rectors, department heads, tutors, commandants, educators, and technical staff of the university received gifts and a letter of appreciation in recognition of their exemplary conduct and participation in the scientific-educational, spiritual-enlightening, and socio-economic initiatives of UzSWLU.
