Cooperation between the Uzbekistan State World Languages University and schools under Secondary education has been established in order to increase the interest of students studying in secondary schools and academic lyceums in science and profession as well as to increase their interest in studying at higher educational institutions. Therefore, on October 24, the "Doors Open Days" event for graduating students was held in the university campus.

Graduating pupils of secondary education schools number 106 and 105, academic lyceum under UzSWLU, located in neighbourhood "Abdulla Qadiri"  of Ukhtepa district, took part in the event.

  At this open day, graduating pupils and their parents were closely introduced to the opportunities created for studying at the Uzbekistan State World Languages University of. Detailed information was provided on issues related to the organization of entrance exams in the current academic year.

During the visit, professors and teachers of the "Foreign Language and Literature", "Translation", "English Philology" faculties explained to the graduating pupils the essence of the large-scale and deep reforms being carried out in the field of education in our country, the opportunities created for young people to learn and work at the university. They gave detailed information about educational directions, departments, scientific schools, working professors.

In addition, students received detailed answers to their questions about university faculties, educational areas, specialties, and joint educational programs organized with foreign countries.
During the event, an excursion to the 2nd Faculty of English was organized by M.M. Mukhtorov, the head of the Department of English language in primary education.
At the end of the visit, the graduating pupils and their mentors thanked the university administration, employees of the Department of Marketing and Student Internship, professors, teachers and other staff for the attention and returned with a great impression.
