The opening ceremony of the 12th National Information-Library Week "INFOLIB UZBEKISTAN-2023" began with many lively and meaningful discussions. This event is named "Forum of young librarians of Uzbekistan" and this forum brings together young librarians and experts in the sector. They are exchanging experiences on updating public library services, expanding digital electronic resources, and modernizing the national library system.
On behalf of IRC of UzSWLU, director S. Kayumova, librarians S. Tokhtayev and I. Tursunov are participating in this forum. They have offered their ideas on innovative technologies in libraries, e-learning resources and new strategies for social integration.
Through this forum, young librarians and IRC leaders find an opportunity to work together to update the library system in Uzbekistan and adapt it to the latest trends in the world.
