January 14 - Defender Day is widely celebrated in UzSWLU.

In connection with the holiday, on January 13, a number of faculties of the university, such as Eastern, English, Romano-Germanic philology, had dinner and decorated a festive table for students.

The main festive event took place in the building of the university at 4 Zakovat street. Rector of the university Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov also participated in these events and sincerely congratulated everyone on the holiday.

It is becoming a tradition at the university to prepare soup and serve it to students on every holiday, and this national dish has become a real gift for all students who have recently returned from winter vacation.

For information: today 300 kilograms of soup was prepared at UzSWLU and weighed for all students and boys and girls living in TTJ.
