“Mighty Girls Club”

U.S. Embassy Tashkent staff recently visited Mighty Girls Club, a group of 20 aspiring young women leaders, at the Uzbek State University of World Languages. They are learning about female leaders by reading world literature, as well as improving their critical thinking and writing skills.

We had fun chatting about America’s different geographical regions, foods, and the many possibilities for university education in the United States. The club is funded by a grant from the embassy's Public Diplomacy section, which supports educational projects like these to inspire the next generation of women. Way to go, Mighty Girls Club!
