"Multilingualism and intercultural communication: experience and problems"

On October 23, 2023, an international scientific and practical conference on the topic "Multilingualism and intercultural communication: experience and problems" has been organized by the departments of applied and theoretical sciences of the Spanish language in the main campus of the Uzbekistan State World Languages University.

The conference was opened by the Rector of UzSWLU, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Tukhtasinov Ilkhomjon Madaminovich with a lecture entitled "International experience in teaching foreign languages and the importance of applying innovative approaches to the educational process". Professors from Spain and Mexico participated in the event through the ZOOM platform.
At the international scientific and practical conference, professors and teachers of several prestigious universities in Uzbekistan, as well as doctor of philological sciences, professor Rafael del Moral, Andrés Santana Arribas (University of Cadiz, Spain) Joaquín Bustamante de Costa, head of CUNEAC - University's International Center for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, Professor of the University of Cadiz, Utkir Burhonov SamSFLI, Shamakhmudova Aziza Furkatovna, Professor of the Department of Spanish and Italian Languages, SamSFLI, Yakubov Jamoliddin Abduvalievich, Professor of the Department of Theoretical Sciences of the French Language of UzSWLU, Doctor of Philology, Virna Velazquez, Professor of UAEMex, Mexico, Doctor of Philology, Dilrabo Bakhronova, Professor of UzSWLU, doctor of philological sciences and others participated with their lectures.
