On February 7, the next meeting of the coordinating council of the university was held

On February 7, the next meeting of the coordinating council of the university was held. It was attended by all members of the specialty councils within the coordination council.

The meeting is based on implementation of the priority tasks defined in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 16, 2017 "On Further Improvement of the Post-Higher Education System" No. PF-4958 and Decree No. 304 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 22, 2017 "On Measures to Further Improve the Post-Higher Education System". In addition, following issues were discussed: to support the quality training of highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel, provide scientific and teaching-methodological support to the candidates, develop proposals for increasing the scientific-pedagogical potential, create scientific literature, conduct their examination, the topics of the dissertations, implement systematic measures on recommendation.

The rector of the university I. Tukhtasinov, who spoke at the meeting, expressed his opinion on the review and approval of the composition, members and charter of the coordinating council. The participants of the meeting gave their suggestions and recommendations regarding other issues on the agenda of the meeting.
