On October 26, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the New Media Education Center and the Uzbekistan State World Languages University.
This memorandum of understanding was signed between Beruniy Alimov, director of the New Media Education Center, and Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov, rector of the Uzbekistan State World Languages University.
This memorandum, drawn up for the purpose of mutual development of media and information literacy of young people, education in social partnership and strengthening of relations between non-governmental and non-profit organizations, includes the following directions:
• mutual cooperation in the field of media and information literacy between professors and teachers, academic staff and students;
• implementation of joint educational, scientific and practical projects financed by one or both parties, as well as international, state or private grants;
• organization of academic programs/courses, seminars, scientific conferences and other forms of knowledge exchange;
• exchange of expert knowledge and programs in areas of mutual interest.
