Opening of the Spanish-Uzbek Center

On November 23, 2023, an event dedicated to the opening of the "Spanish-Uzbek Center" was held at the University of Cadiz of the Kingdom of Spain.

Officials of the embassy of Uzbekistan in Spain, rector of UzSWLU Ilkhom Tukhtasinov, deputy dean of the Faculty of Romano-Germanic Philology A. Khalillayev, as well as the rector of Cadiz University Francisco Piniella and the leaders of this university took part in this event.

Leaders, professors and students of UzSWLU took part in the event online, and our students read out examples of poems by famous poets of Spain and Uzbekistan. At the end of the event, the rectors of Cadiz University and Uzbekistan State World Languages University signed cooperation agreements.
