Roundtable discussion

The national training program of the Republic of Uzbekistan and The Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “About Education" define the main task of training national personnel who can compete with foreign education on the basis of universal and national values at the level of state education standards established within the framework of global education standards.

The implementation of this important task requires a fundamental reform of the general education and training system, and one of its complex parts is the organization of pedagogical and professional practice.

Therefore, in the national training program, it is emphasized to formulate, develop new pedagogical technology and train student intern to implement it. A roundtable on internship was also organized at UzSWLU. At the meeting, a discussion was held with M. Chutpulatov, vice-rector for educational affairs of UzSWLU, B. Odilov, head of the department of marketing and student internship, and the heads of the official departments.

The goals and tasks of pedagogical internship, training of national personnel capable of adequately protecting the honor, interest and reputation of the Motherland during the competitive process of students was defined as the main task. Therefore, the formulating, development of new pedagogical technology and training of students-interns to apply it to life was emphasized.

It was also highlighted that it is necessary to introduce the goals and tasks of pedagogical internship to the heads of the department with new pedagogical technologies and to teach them how to organize training.
