Seminar

On December 22, the Department of International Ratings held a seminar dedicated to the problems of writing and submitting articles to indexed journals included in SCOPUS AND WEB OF SCIENCE. Vice-rector for international cooperation, doctor of philology, professor Nasirov Abdurakhim Abdumutalibovich, vice-rector for scientific affairs and innovations, doctor of philosophy in philology Otabek Yakubovich Yusupov, doctor of philology, professor Bakiyeva Gulandon Khisamovna participated and opened the introductory part of the seminar.

After that, associate professor of Türkiye's Karadengiz Polytechnic University, professor of Uzbekistan University of Journalism and Mass Communications MUSA YOVUZ ALPTEKIN made a presentation on writing, preparing and submitting articles to SCOPUS and WEB OF SCIENCE magazines.

Eshbayev Oybek Alik ogli, an independent researcher of the Scientific Research Institute of Pedagogy named after Qori Niyozi, made a presentation on the topic Effective manuscript writing for scopus and web of science journals. The presentation of the professor of the Department of Natural Sciences, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences Hushvaktova Husnobod Salievna on the topic "Pisat ili ne pisat statyu v skopus (To write or not to write an article in Scopus)" was listened with great interest.

Akhmedova Anorkhan Nasvali qizi, an associate professor of the department of English practical translation, a doctor of philosophy (PhD) of the Faculty of Translation, made a presentation on the topic of opening an account in "GOOGLE SCHOOLAR" THROUGH CORPORATE MAIL and connecting it to ORCID.

The seminar was full of questions and answers.
