The concept of media and information literacy: basic competence and skills"

Today, a seminar-training was organized for the students of UzSWLU with Beruniy Alimov, the director of the New Media Education Center, and Gulmira Shukurova, the editor-in-chief of the single scientific and methodical electronic journal in Uzbekistan. The training was organized on the topic "The concept of media and information literacy: basic competence and skills", and the basics of media literacy, fact checking technologies, artificial intelligence and peculiarities of gadgets were discussed. During the training, the attitude of the students to the concept of "media literacy" was studied, and practical exercises were conducted with the students.
