Today, an event was held on the occasion of "Indian Language Day" at the 2nd English Language Faculty of Uzbekistan State World Languages University.

Ambassador of India to Uzbekistan Manish Brabhat visited the event.

The event was opened by the Ambassador of India and Vice-Rector for International Relations Alisher Abidjanov.

After that, students sang Indian songs, performed dances, recited poems glorifying India, and organized an interesting quiz. Students who won the quiz were awarded with souvenirs.

Uzbek dances were also performed at the end of the event.
