Yesterday, UzSWLU was visited by the project coordinators of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on the construction of student accommodation.

Year by year, due to the growing admission quota at the Uzbekistan State World Languages University, the demand of students for the residential complex is also increasing. Therefore, there is a need to build new residential complexes on the territory of the university.

As part of the visit, the issue of providing Dormitory for students in need of accommodation in 2024-2025 based on Resolution No. 563 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 9, 2021 was discussed.

At the end of the examining the Faculty of English, Eastern and Roman-Germanic philology, located at 4 Zakovat Street, Uchtepa District, English Language 1-2-3 and Translation Faculties, located at 21 A District G9a, Chilonzor District, Muqumi Street 104 Plans have been made to build a Dormitory in the premises of the Faculty of Russian Philology.
