Fakulʼtet dekanining maʼnaviy-maʼrifiy ishlari boʼyicha oʼrinbosarining namunaviy lavozim vazifalari va malaka talablari
Oʼzbekiston Respublikasi taʼlimga oid Qonunlari, Prezident Farmonlari, Farmoyishlari, Qarorlari, Vazirlar Mahkamasining Qarorlari, Oliy va oʼrta maxsus taʼlim vazirligining Hayʼat Qarorlari, buyruqlari, xat, topshiriqlarini, shuningdek, maʼnaviyat va maʼrifat jarayoniga tegishli oliy taʼlim muassasasining buyruqlari bajarilishini taʼminlash va monitoringini olib borish;
Fakulʼtet tarbiyaviy va maʼnaviy-maʼrifiy ishlarini tashkil etish;
Talabalarning individual psixologik portiriti aks ettirilgan shaxsiy varaqalarini toʼldirishni tashkil etish;
Talabalar kiyinish va muomila madaniyatiga rioya etishini kundalik nazarotga olish; 
Fakulʼtet va kafedralarning maʼnaviy-maʼrifiy ish rejalarini muvofiqlashtirish hamda ular asosida umumiy ish rejani shakillantirish, fakulʼtet ilmiy Kengashida tasdiqlash;
Fakulʼtet professor-oʼqituvchilar va talabalar oʼrtasida huqubuzarlik, jinoyatchillik, turli yot gʼoyalar taʼsiridan himoya qilishga qaratilgan tadbirlarini tashkil etish;
Fakulʼtet Kengashi rejasiga maʼnaviy-maʼrifiy ishlarga doir masalalarni kiritish va doimiy muhakomasini yoʼlga quyish;
Oʼzbekiston Respublikasi Prezidenti va hukumat tamonidan qabul qilingan farmon va qarorlar mazmunini talabalargi yetkazib borish;
Talaba-yoshlarni vatanparvarlik, milliy va umuminsoniy qadiriyatlarga sodiqlik ruhida tarbiyalash, ularning maʼnaviy, estetik, axloqiy dunyoqarashini kengaytirish, tafakkurini turli xil gʼayriinsoniy gʼoyalar taʼsirida ximoya qilishda hamda mustaqil Oʼzbekistonning chinakam fidoysi boʼlib yetishtirishga qaratilgan maʼnaviy ishlarni tashkil qilish;
Oliy taʼlim muassasasida amalga oshirilayotgan maʼnaviy-maʼrifiy ishlarga doir tadbirlar oʼtkazilishini taʼminlash;
Talaba-yoshlar orasida ahloqiy, estetik, siyosiy-gʼoyaviy tarbiyani shakillantirish ishlarini yoʼlga qoʼyish;
Milliy urf-odatlar, qadriyatlar negizida olib borilayotgan anjumanlar, davra suhbatlari, uchrashuvlarni va huquqiy madaniyatni oshirishga qaratilgan ishlarni tashkil qilish;
Talabalarning maʼnaviy va jismoniy kamolotini yuksaltirish maqsadida qilingan ishlarni takomillashtirishga koʼmaklashish;
Maʼnaviy-maʼrifiy ishlarni taʼlim yoʼnalishlari va mutaxassisliklardan kelib chiqib talabalarda ixtisoslik koʼnikmalarni shakillintirish;
Rektor, Maʼnaviy-maʼrifiy ishlari boʼyicha prorektor, Maʼnaviyat va maʼrifat boʼlimi, fakulʼtet dekanining topshiriqlari asosida maʼnaviy-maʼrifiy ishlarni takomillashtirish;
Maʼnaviy-maʼrifiy masalalar yuzasidan kafedra mudirlari tomonidan bajarilgan ishlarni tahlil qilish va tavsiyalar berish;
Professor-oʼqituvchilarning yillik oʼquv yuklamalaridagi “Maʼnaviy-maʼrifiy ishlar” sohasiga tegishli bandiga tegishli vazifalarni tahlil qilish va toʼliq bajarilishini nazorat qilish;
Ijarada yashaydigan talabalarga murabbiylarni biriktirish, ularning faoliyatini doimiy muvofiqlashtirib borish;
Talabalar turar joylarida talabalarning darsdan boʼsh vaqtini mazmunli tshkil etish va ularning kundalik faoliyatini nazoratga olish;
Murabbiylar tomonidan oʼtkaziladigan “Аxborot va murabbiylik soati”ni oʼtilishi, mazmunini doimiy nazoratga olish;
Talabalarning Ota-onalari bilan doimiy muloqat qilish va fakulʼtetlarda “Ota-onalari kuni” tadbirini uyushtirish;
Oʼquv binosi va talabalar turar joylarida rahbariyat topshirigʼiga muvofiq belgilangan kunlarda navbatchiliklarni tashkil etish va nazoratga olish;
Har semestr yakunida fakulʼtetning maʼnaviy-maʼrifiy ishlarni yuzasidan hisobot, fotoalbom tayyorlash va boʼlim rahbariga taqdim etish;
Maʼnaviy-maʼrifiy ishlarni takamillashtirishda yaxshi tashabbus koʼrsatgan faollarni moddiy, maʼnaviy ragʼbatlantirishga doir takliflar, tavsiyalar berish;
Jamoat tashkilotlari va huquq-tartibot organlari bilan hamkorlikda yoʼlga qoʼyish va muomila talablar bilan individual ishlash;
Fakulʼtet binosi, kafedralar va oʼquv xonalarining targʼibot plakatlar bilan bezatishda tashabbuskor boʼlish hamda mazkur vazifaga siyosiy hushyorlik bilan yondashish;
Oʼzining xizmat vazifalarini sitqidildan bajarish. 

Bilishi kerak:
Oʼzbekiston Respublikasi Prezidenti va Vazirlar Mahkamasining oliy taʼlim tizimidagi taʼlim-tarbiya masalalariga tegishli Qarorlari, Vazirlikning Hayʼat Qarorlari, buyruqlari, OTM buyruqlari, fakulʼtet faoliyatiga taaluqli Nizom, yuriqnomalar va meʼyoriy hujjatlarni, odob-axloq qoidalari, OTM Ustavi, ichki mehnat tartib-qoidalari, ish yuritishga oid boshqa meʼyoriy hujjatlar.
Malaka talablari:
Namunaviy fazilatli, intillektual, madaniyatli, yetakchilik, ijodiy fikr, xushmomilalik, tashkilotchilik, tashabbuskorlik va tadbirkorlik qobiliyatlariga ega boʼlish, masʼuliyat xissi, mustaqil qaror qabul qilish va ish tutish, qatьiy harakat qilish, muassasa strategik maqsadlariga erishishni taʼminlash xususiyatlariga ega boʼlishi;
Oliy maʼlumotli (magistr diplomi)ga ega boʼlishi;
Oʼz sohasiga tegishli masalalar boʼyicha axborot va maʼlumotlardan xabardor boʼlishi;
Kamida 3 yillik pedagogik yoki maʼnaviy-maʼrifiy, tarbiyaviy ishlar boʼyicha faoliyat stajiga ega boʼlishi;
Аxborot-kamunikatsiya texnologiyalaridan foydalanishni mukkamal bilishi zarur.

Department structure Head of the department, 4 stylists, 1 technician, university psychologist, tutors of university academic groups, tutors-teachers of student accommodation, head of the department for coordinating the provision of student accommodation. The main purpose of the department To educate students in the spirit of commitment to national and universal values, to expand their spiritual, aesthetic and moral horizons, to protect their thinking from the influence of various alien ideas and to educate in them a truly selfless and patriotic personality in the name of independent Uzbekistan. The main tasks of the department:  formation of students as true citizens of the independent Republic of Uzbekistan on the basis of national and universal values;  Preparation for diligent fulfillment of civil and children's duties to the Motherland;  improving the professional skills of students, increasing responsibility;  formation and improvement of personal, specific individual qualities of the student;  widely encourage students to have a sense of social activity, initiative, respect for their studies and profession, as well as social responsibility;  develop students' socio-political and legal consciousness, expand their critical and analytical thinking skills;  negative vices for students: foreshadowing negative consequences of injustice, arbitrariness, parochialism;  meaningful organization of leisure time for students, organization of scientific and creative activities based on their interests;  improvement of targeted spiritual, moral and educational work;  wide propaganda among the student youth of the reforms carried out in the country in the conditions of the new Uzbekistan;  establishing work on the formation of moral, aesthetic, political, legal, artistic education of students-youth;  organization of congresses, round tables and meetings dedicated to the promotion of national traditions and values;  assistance in improving the work to improve the spiritual and physical development of students;  defining the priority directions of spiritual-educational and educational work at the university, developing the necessary normative documents on this issue and ensuring its implementation;  defining ideological immunity among student youth in the fight against religious extremism, terrorism, drug addiction and organised crime;  Fostering young people's interest in music, painting, literature, theatre and other forms of art and helping them to discover their talents.  Strengthening the physical fitness of young people and creating the necessary conditions for them to demonstrate their aptitude for sport;  Enhancing the spirituality of young people and improving the culture of reading among them;  Systematic organisation of work to help female students learn a profession;  Active participation in the improvement of spiritual and educational work together with city and district departments of the Republican Centre for Spirituality and Enlightenment, as well as foundations and public organisations operating in our country.
Uzbekistan State World Languages University, as an organization, pursues an anti-discrimination and persecution policy. The basic principles of the policy are reflected in the university’s code of ethics. The section “General Rules of Conduct for Team Members” states the following: – Solidarity, mutual trust, respect, mutual care, and solidarity at the university are some of the important conditions in the interaction of team members. – The main principle of interaction at the university is that the rights of one person should not violate the rights of another. Freedom of speech does not give the university administration, faculty, and students, who are members of the community, the right to slander or insult anyone, to demonstrate a disregard for generally accepted rules of conduct in relationships, or to use obscene language in communication. – At the university it should become a habit to address each other only as “You”. – Members of the university community must treat speakers with respect, peace, and tranquility at various events (meetings, ceremonial meetings, workshops, holidays). If necessary, one speaker may leave the room during a break before he or she can finish his or her speech. The section of the book entitled “Professor-teacher relations” states: – In the relationship between professors and teachers – the principles of unity, mutual respect and attention, friendship, solidarity, honesty, and justice. – Disrespect for human dignity, humiliation, misappropriation of intellectual property, rudeness, use of obscene language, fights, moral, material, or physical harm to others is strictly prohibited in the relations between professors and teachers.
