The Department of "Managing scientific-research activity of bright students" was established according to the decree by "Monitoring Committee" on 7th January, 2022 and a decree #40 by university on 3rd February, 2022. This department launched its activity on the 1st February, 2022. In every academic year, competitions for " Scholarship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan", "State Scholarship named Islom Karimov", "State Scholarship named Alisher Navoiy", "Scholarship of Rector", "Scholarship for the Best Speaker", "Scholarship for the Best Translator", "13-Scholarship" are organized to support scientific research activity of gifted students of university. Furthermore, Republican Student Subject Olympiads, scientific-practical forums and conferences throughout the Republic or internationally are organized.

Currently, 21 clubs are functioning.
