On December 6, at the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a Forum dedicated to the national subscription of the international database "Science Direct" was held with the participation of representatives of the "Elsevier" company.

First Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation Komiljon Karimov, Head of the Department of Analysis of Educational Institutions Sherzod Nematov, representatives of Elsevier and rectors of many higher education institutions took part in the forum.

The rector of UzSWLU Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov and representatives of the university management also participated in this event.

Within the framework of the forum, information was provided on the digital profile of the scientist and its effective use. Also, an awarding ceremony was held for scientists and organizations that have achieved the highest publication results in the Scopus database.
