Doctor of Philosophy in Technical Sciences (PhD), associate professor Payazov Mirabbos Mirakhmatovich was appointed acting head of the Department of Modern Information Technologies of the Faculty of Media and Communication of the Uzbek State World Languages University of Uzbekistan.

In 2002-2006, he was a leading specialist of the State Sanitary Epidemiological Control Center
In 2006-2009, he was a senior teacher at the Institute of Advanced Special Vocational Education and Retraining of Personnel

In 2009-2012 — Tashkent University of Information Technologies. Senior teacher of IT department
In 2012-2016, he was a senior teacher of the Department of Informatics Teaching Methodology at Nizomiy Tashkent State Pedagogical University.
In 2016-2019, he was a doctoral student at the scientific innovation center of information and communication technologies at the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad Al-Khorazmi.
