Challenges and Solutions in Learning Eastern Languages Discussed

Based on the recommendation of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the order of the Rector of Uzbekistan State World Languages University No. 199/11-08 dated April 26, 2025, a student scientific-practical conference on the topic “Difficulties, Problems and Solutions in Learning Modern Eastern Languages” was held at the Faculty of Eastern Philology.

The event was opened by the Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation, Otabek Yakubovich Yusupov, who emphasized that analyzing current challenges in learning Eastern languages from a scientific perspective and finding effective solutions are among the key tasks facing modern education.

The conference was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Eastern Philology, Dilshod Mamadiyarovich Djurayev, Deputy Dean J. Turobov, as well as the faculty’s professors and teaching staff.

At the scientific-practical conference, students of the faculty presented their research papers on relevant topics. Among them:

• Rustamova Ruhshona Otabek qizi (FKOR-2211) – “Learning Eastern Languages through Modern Technologies and Interactive Methods”

• Abdullayev Umid Bayonovich (FYAPK-2310) – “Challenges and Solutions in Learning Modern Eastern Languages”

• Khushmatova Mahliyo Bahodir qizi (FYAPK-2310) – “The Importance and Various Methods of Learning Modern Foreign Languages”

• Axtamova Aziza Otabek qizi (FKOR-2413) – “Modern Methods, Innovative Approaches and Prospects in Learning the Korean Language”

• Ibadullayeva Mumtozbegim Islom qizi (FKOR-2414) – “Teaching Eastern Languages through Modern Technologies and Interactive Methods”

At the end of the event, the Dean of the Faculty, Dilshod Mamadiyarovich Djurayev, awarded certificates to the students who participated with their scientific papers.
