Discussion on Enhancing the Effective Execution of Control Assignments in the Higher Education System

On November 7, 2025, an economic briefing was held for the leadership and employees of the central office and subordinate institutions of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The event was attended online by representatives of the Uzbekistan State World Languages University (UzSWLU) administration, headed by Rector Ilhomjon Tuxtasinov.

The topic of the session was:
“Results of the implementation of control assignments of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Head of the Presidential Administration, and the Cabinet of Ministers in the Ijro.gov.uz system for January–October 2025, and measures for their effective and full execution in November–December 2025.”

The session was chaired by Azizjon Yakubov Tojiboyevich, Head of the Department for Executive Discipline and Control of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation. The event opened with welcoming remarks by Sardor Rajabov, First Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation, and Utkir Alijonov, a responsible official of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

During the discussion, specific tasks were identified to strengthen executive discipline, ensure the timely and high-quality fulfillment of assignments, and address deficiencies identified within system organizations.

Analytical data and practical proposals related to the complete implementation of assignments scheduled for November–December 2025 were also discussed.

At the conclusion of the event, participants exchanged views and provided recommendations aimed at further improving executive discipline and enhancing overall efficiency.
