On November 8, the team of the publishing house named after Gafur Ghulam visited UzSWLU and held a meeting with the university team.

The meeting was attended by university rector Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov, vice-rector for educational affairs Muhammad Chutpulatov, director of the Information Resource Center S.Kayumova, deputy director of Gafur G'ulom publishing house, Shahzod Sultanov, head of publishing marketing department Jahangir Yaqubov, specialist of publishing marketing department Bekhruz Abdukarimov.

During the negotiations, issues related to the conclusion of a cooperation agreement with the publishing house, the purchase of literature for the Information Resource Center, the publication of educational and scientific literature written by professors and teachers, and the holding of book fairs in the university area were agreed upon.
