On April 15, an extraordinary production meeting was held at the Uzbekistan State World Languages University under the leadership of Rector Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov. The meeting was attended by vice-rectors, deans of faculties, and department heads.

The main issues on the agenda of the meeting included:

• Organizing and conducting the "Career Day" job fair at a high level;

• Conducting interim assessments for subjects;

• Timely registration of classes and attendance in the HEMIS information system, analysis of student attendance;

• Analysis of the foreign language certification of graduating students;

• Monitoring the effectiveness of the activities of basic doctoral students, postgraduates, research interns, and independent researchers;

• Ongoing work in the field of international cooperation and upcoming tasks;

• Organization of the educational process and analysis of factors negatively affecting the quality of education;

• Availability of key educational literature listed in syllabi in the ARM library fund;

• Improving the quality of education at faculties, monitoring the educational process, evaluating student attendance, and assessing the teaching process, as well as other issues.
