Scientific-Practical Conference Held on the Topic “The Importance of Enlightenment Ideas in Enhancing Spiritual and Educational Work in New Uzbekistan”
On May 22, 2025, the Department of Social Sciences at the Faculty of Journalism of Uzbekistan State World Languages University organized a national-level scientific-practical conference on the theme “The Importance of Enlightenment Ideas in Enhancing Spiritual and Educational Work in New Uzbekistan.”
This event was held in cooperation with prestigious organizations such as Uzbekistan State World Languages University, the Alisher Navoi State Museum of Literature, the Institute for Socio-Spiritual Studies, and the “Milliy Tiklanish” (National Revival) Democratic Party.
The conference was opened by the Vice-Rector for Scientific Research and Innovation, Otabek Yakubovich Yusupov. In his speech, he emphasized that in New Uzbekistan, the revival of Jadidism traditions and the promotion of enlightenment ideas are being implemented at the level of state policy.

Scientific discussions during the conference were organized under the following sections:

At the conclusion of the event, active participants, speakers, and young researchers were awarded honorary certificates and souvenirs. A special collection of the conference articles is planned for publication.
