On September 12, 2025, the Rector of Uzbekistan State World Languages University, Ilkhomjon Tuxtasinov, visited the university’s 1st and 2nd student dormitories.

During the visit, the living conditions provided for students, the dormitory system, preparations for the autumn-winter season, and the effective organization of the educational process were inspected.

The rector listened to reports from the responsible staff and gave instructions to eliminate existing shortcomings, further improve conditions, and create a more comfortable environment for students. An open dialogue was also held with students, during which their opinions and suggestions were heard.

As the President of our country, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, emphasized: “The future of the country and the development of the economy, first and foremost, depend on an educated generation.” Therefore, constant attention is paid to further improving conditions for students at the university.

Currently, the university has 6 student dormitories with a total capacity of 3,285 places. The process of accommodating students in the dormitories continues according to the established procedure.
