A Meeting with Barcelona and Lleida Universities Held at UzSWLU

On July 4, 2025, the Uzbekistan State World Languages University hosted a delegation from the universities of Barcelona and Lleida, Spain.

Distinguished guests included:

• Raul Ramos Labo, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, University of Barcelona,

• Ramon Jose Alemani, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business,

• Entoni Granolyers Saltiveri, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, University of Lleida,

• Eduardo Marcos Cristobal Fransi, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Economics and Tourism,

• Professor of Law, Adorisian Maria Padial Albas,

• Professor of Business Management, Natalia Daries Ramon.

Also in attendance were:

• Shokhrukh Nazarov, representative of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation,

• Davron Ruzmetov, Vice-Rector for International Relations of Ranch University of Technologies in Urgench.

A special cultural event was organized to welcome the delegation, featuring performances in Uzbek and Spanish languages. Traditional music, the “Andijon polkasi” dance, along with Spanish folk songs and dances, left a strong impression on the guests.
