A memorandum signing ceremony between UzSWLU and Liaodong University was organized at the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation.

On December 21, we informed UzSWLU about the visit of representatives of the leadership of Liaodong University of the PRC and the meeting organized with them.

After the meeting, a memorandum signing ceremony between the two universities was organized at the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation.

According to the signed Memorandum, it has now been agreed to cooperate in the following areas:

- Exchange of teachers and scientific researchers for the purpose of training, internship, joint scientific research;

- To improve language skills, to participate in student exchanges, youth forums and contests, as well as to organize winter and summer schools in order to get acquainted with the culture and traditions of the peoples of the two countries;

- Organizing the participation of teachers and scientists in international conferences, forums, seminars on current topics of learning Chinese and other foreign languages.

- Introduction and implementation of joint educational programs with the leading universities of the People's Republic of China for the parties in the priority areas of education and master's degree;

- Opening a test center for conducting the international standardized written qualification exam in Chinese language (hereinafter referred to as HSK) on the basis of UzSWLU;

- Cooperation in other areas of mutual interest of the parties.
