As part of the Council meeting, Rector Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov congratulated dedicated, hardworking, and committed faculty and staff members who have contributed to enhancing the university's reputation and scientific standing through their high-level professional activity

Notably:

• Associate Professor Zulfiya Tukhtakhojaeva of the “English Language Teaching Methodology No. 3” Department, Faculty of English Language 3, was congratulated on her 80th birthday.

• Dr. Dilarom Yormatovna Yormatova, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor, and Head of the Department of Ecology and Green Resources, was congratulated on receiving the “Excellent Border Guard” badge from the State Security Service of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

• For mentoring students who achieved top results in the “One Million Coders” project, Senior Lecturer of the “Modern Information Technologies” Department Ablizova Gulzakhiryam Alimovna and Lecturer Aripova Gulchehra Ishankulovna were congratulated and awarded valuable commemorative gifts.

The following faculty members were congratulated and presented with laptops in accordance with tradition:

• Dilafruz Abdug'aforovna Qahharova, Lecturer of the Department of World Literature – awarded a PhD diploma in Philology;

• Dilrabo Tagaymuratovna Polvonova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology – awarded a PhD diploma in Psychology;

• Shakhlo Shukurlayevna Yuldasheva, Professor of the Department of Uzbek Language and Literature – awarded a Doctor of Science (DSc) diploma in Pedagogy.

Additionally, Acting Associate Professor and PhD Sevinch Alievna Sadikova of the “English Language Teaching Methodology No. 2” Department was congratulated on receiving the official Associate Professor academic title diploma.

According to the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Mirali Abdullayevich G‘iyosov, Lecturer of the Department of World Literature, was congratulated on being awarded the “Builder of the Future” Order.
