Construction of the New Student Dormitory Under Constant Supervision

On August 14, Rector of Uzbekistan State World Languages University, Ilkhomjon Tuxtasinov, accompanied by the university’s responsible staff, visited the construction site of a new student dormitory located at 4 Zakovat Street, Tashkent.

During the visit, the rector reviewed the progress of construction works and upcoming plans, receiving detailed information from officials about the tasks being implemented within the project, as well as compliance with technical and sanitary-hygienic standards.

The new dormitory, being built in accordance with modern requirements, is designed to provide comfortable and safe living conditions for future students. Particular attention is being paid to engineering communications, internal infrastructure, energy efficiency, fire safety systems, and security measures.

Ilkhomjon Tuxtasinov specifically addressed issues related to student facilities — room capacity, dormitory and study rooms, recreation areas, and sanitary-hygienic requirements — and shared his suggestions.

He also instructed the responsible parties to complete the construction works within the set deadlines and at a high quality.
