On September 22, at Uzbekistan State World Languages University, an open dialogue was held between Rector Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov and first-year students of the Faculty of English Philology.

The event was attended by university administration representatives, department heads, and faculty officials.

The Rector provided information about the university’s activities, opportunities, conditions, and additional details, answered students’ questions, gave proposals on certain issues, and assigned tasks to responsible officials to find solutions.

In addition, talented students of the Faculty of English Philology, who have achieved significant success—including Ogiljeren Khaldurdiyeva, winner of the Republican stage of the “Young Reader” competition—delivered an inspiring speech to the first-year students, encouraging them not to stop learning and exploring, and to make effective use of the opportunities created at the university.

This meeting served as a source of adaptation for new students to the academic environment, learning internal rules, finding answers to their questions, proposing initiatives, and, of course, a motivation for their future plans and achievements.
