Professor Amrullo Ashurovich Karimov of UzDJTU Awarded the Title “Honorary Professor of UzJOKU” (Relevant 90 Days)

Today, June 27, a solemn event dedicated to the Press and Mass Media Day was held at the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

At the event, initiated by the Uzbekistan Journalism and Mass Communications University, honorary titles of “Honorary Professor of UzJOKU” and “Honorary Associate Professor of UzJOKU” were awarded to representatives of mass media, information service employees, and partners who actively contribute to training specialists in journalism and media.

Among the awardees is Professor Amrullo Karimov, acting professor at the Faculty of International Journalism of the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages, Doctor of Philology, who has made a significant contribution to the development of journalism education in Uzbekistan.

The honorary titles were ceremoniously presented by the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovations, Ko‘ngirotboy Sharipov, and the Rector of Uzbekistan Journalism and Mass Communications University, Sherzodxon Qudratxo‘ja.
