Thesis Defense Begins at the Faculty of Roman-German Philology of UzSWLU

On June 22, the defense of final qualification papers prepared by graduating students of the Faculty of Roman-German Philology at Uzbekistan State World Languages University (UzSWLU) officially began.

The event was opened by the university rector, Doctor of Philology and Professor Ilhomjon Tukhtasinov. In his speech, the rector emphasized the graduates’ interest in scientific research, the relevance of their chosen topics, and the depth of their academic approaches.

The defense sessions were attended by members of the State Final Attestation Commission, faculty professors, graduates, and their parents.

During the proceedings, students’ research work, analytical approaches to the selected topics, and practical results were thoroughly discussed. Commission members posed questions based on the presentations, and the students responded with well-reasoned answers grounded in their research.
