On September 2, 2025, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation held an economic training dedicated to the content and implementation of Presidential Decree No. PF–49 “On Measures to Improve the System for Assessing the Effectiveness of the Activities of Republican and Local Executive Authorities and Economic Associations.”

The event was attended online by Ilhomjon Tuxtasinov, Rector of the Uzbek State World Languages University, vice-rectors, and responsible members of the university administration.

During the session, the following topics were discussed:
 • Performance indicators in the KPI system,
 • Duties of higher education institution leaders and staff,
 • Implementation of effective management mechanisms in the system.

At the end of the meeting, a Q&A session was held, and specific recommendations were given to improve efficiency in the higher education system.
