Today UzSWLU hosted representatives of the US embassy, consisting of Kevin McCoy, adviser of the US embassy on English language teaching, assistants Nargiza Nugmanova and Umida Boltayeva.

Rector Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov and university management welcomed the guests. A meeting was held between the two sides, where Kevin McCoy's proposals for cooperation and the organizational issues of the Traditional English Conference scheduled for January 2024 and the ACCESS Conference scheduled for April 2024 were discussed.

Also, opinions were exchanged about the activity of the Fulbright program teacher sent to UzSWLU and issues of future cooperation.
