An event dedicated to the Day of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan was held at UzSWLU

On November 11, 2025, an event was held at the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages under the slogans "Day of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan" and "Uzbekistan Trade Unions – 120 Years with the People."

The event was attended by university leadership, faculty members, trade union activists, and honorary members. During the event, participants congratulated each other on the 120th anniversary of the trade union system, emphasizing its importance in the country’s social life and its role in protecting workers' rights and interests.

Additionally, cultural and educational performances dedicated to the idea "Uzbekistan Trade Unions – 120 Years with the People" were showcased. Active employees and honorary members were honored by the university's trade union.

During the event, Rector I. Tukhtasinov, Chairman of the Trade Union Committee D. Matyakubov, and the First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work V. Sadiyev addressed the participants with congratulatory speeches, highlighting the 120th anniversary of the trade union system and its social significance.
