Faculty Report Meetings Continue at the Uzbekistan State World Languages University

On July 1, the Dean of the Faculty of Translation, Ulugbek Yuldoshev, presented a report on the results of the 2024–2025 academic year to the university leadership, headed by Rector Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov.

During the session, the faculty’s achievements over the past year were analyzed in the following areas:

• spiritual and educational activities;

• academic and methodological work;

• scientific potential;

• international relations and collaborations;

• economic indicators.
  Aspects requiring improvement were also discussed. The problems identified during the academic year were analyzed, and proposals for their resolution were presented. Strategic priorities for the 2025–2026 academic year were clearly defined.

The university leadership positively evaluated the faculty’s performance, especially highlighting its activeness in spiritual and educational initiatives.

Rector Ilkhomjon Madaminovich emphasized the trust placed in the faculty and the expectations for high results, underlining the importance of openness to innovation and active pursuit of sustainable development.

During the meeting, vice-rectors and department heads shared their feedback and suggestions concerning the academic staff. In response, the faculty team proposed clear initiatives and plans aimed at improving efficiency, expanding international cooperation, and accelerating research activities in the upcoming academic year.
