Graduation Ceremony at the Academic Lyceum of the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages

On June 16, 2025, a graduation ceremony was held at the Academic Lyceum of the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages, celebrating the students of the 2024–2025 academic year. The event was attended by the university rector Ilkhomjon Tuxtasinov, university leadership, faculty members, graduates, and their parents.

The rector congratulated the graduates and emphasized that their current achievements lay the foundation for their future contributions to the country's development. He highlighted the invaluable role of teachers and parents in preparing modern specialists.

In the 2024–2025 academic year, the lyceum commenced its activities with 530 students, of whom 243 graduates (100%) were admitted to higher education institutions both domestically and abroad. Among the graduates, 19 were children of foreign nationals.

Many students achieved high results in international competitions, academic olympiads, and sports events, as well as obtained high scores in international language proficiency tests such as IELTS and CEFR. Specifically:

• 5 students received the "Gold Medal",

• 14 received the "Silver Medal",

• 25 received the "Excellent Diploma".

Additionally, 258 graduates obtained international language certificates, including 33 at the C1 level and 167 at the B2 level according to IELTS or CEFR, accounting for 82.3% of the total graduates. 81 students also received national or international certificates in general education subjects.

During the ceremony, graduates presented stage performances, creative acts, and expressed their gratitude, leaving a profound impression on the attendees. Parents of the graduates were sincerely thanked for their cooperation in the upbringing and education of their children.

In conclusion, outstanding students were awarded honorary certificates and their parents were acknowledged for their effective collaboration in nurturing and educating their children.
