Holders of scientific titles were awarded by the rector of Uzbekistan State World Languages University

On September 28 of this year, the university council was held in the activist hall with the participation of the rector of the University, Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov.

During the program, teachers who have achieved many achievements during their career, as well as holders of scientific degrees and ranks, were awarded diplomas and valuable gifts by the rector. Including:
— Associate professor Department of functional lexicon of English 10.00.06 — Kholmurodova Madina Alisherovna with a diploma granting a doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Philological Sciences from the specialty of Comparative Literary Studies, Educational Linguistics and Translation Studies;
— Senior teacher of the Department OF methodology of teaching English №1 10.00.06 — with the receipt of a diploma from the specialty of Comparative Literary Studies, Educational Linguistics and Translation Studies, awarding the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in philological Sciences Sheraliyeva Shirin Abdisalomovna;
— Deputy dean for educational affairs of the Faculty of translation 10.00.06 — Azzamov Yusufjon Radjabboyevich, advanced Linguistics and Translation Studies with the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in philological Sciences awarded with laptop;
— The head of the Department of methodology of teaching English №1, doctor of Philological Sciences, professor Paluanova Khalifa Daribayevna was awarded a special gifts for becoming a holder of the rank of "Honorary Professor" of the Department of English at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, USA, in January-may 2023, on a grant from FEP (Faculty Enrichment Program).
In particular, Halliyeva Gulnoz Iskandarovna , doctor of Philolological Sciences, professor, Head of the Department of World Literature, won the competition of scientific projects of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation for book “Comparative literature” published in Uzbek, Turkish, English and innovative in the direction of comparativistics, and was awarded a certificate by the scientific center of comparativistics in Ankara, Turkey;
— Doctor of philological Sciences, Associate Professor Torayeva Bahor Bahriddinnovna won in the competition “Best Innovative Project " among women BOBUR.COM, she was awarded for being the winner of the “best program and database author” nomination for his platform.

At the end, the rector of UzSWLU expressed his sincere wishes to all teachers of the University, wishing them great success and recognition in future work.
