Uchtepa District Mayor Familiarizes Himself with the Center’s Activities

On August 13, Uchtepa District Mayor Bunyod Mamadjanov, who visited the Uzbekistan State World Languages University, became acquainted with the activities of the Information Center for Student Dormitories and Rental Apartments.

During the visit, the mayor, together with the university’s rector Ilkhomjon Tuxtasinov, reviewed the center’s operations, including student registration and targeted placement. He also visited the university’s second student dormitory, where he examined the living conditions created for students. Bunyod Mamadjanov shared his recommendations for improving process efficiency.

It should be noted that the main task of the center is to provide information and assistance to students admitted to the university in securing accommodation, as well as to ensure their targeted placement in dormitories and rental apartments.

For reference: currently, the Uzbekistan State World Languages University operates 6 student dormitories with a total capacity of 3,285 places. In addition, cooperation has been established with 1,575 rental apartments, which is planned to provide housing for nearly 9,000 students.
