Activities and duties of personnel The activities and responsibilities of the Department of the Humanities The human resources department is a structural subdivision of Uzbek University. HR department leads work on the Charter of the University, carries out orders and decrees of the Ministry of Information and Communication of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Co-directed the branch of the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan, on the program of training of national personnel, orders of the President of the same way . • HR Department is defined by the following convoys: work with professors, teaching staff, teaching support, as well as staff and administration; • work with students and young professionals; • the work is carried out on the instructions of the Inspector subordination Chief of staff; • HR compliance with staffing procedure and eliminates the deficiencies; • HR staff to increase efficiency and labor law should comply with the rules; • Chief of staff was relieved with the work ordered by the Rector of the branch; • for the post of Chief of Staff, having at least 5 years; • Chief of staff must comply with the job description and to comply with applicable laws, the Republic of Uzbekistan; • the HR Department has a seal with the inscription of the name of the university. Responsibilities of the human resources department: • to control for the adoption and layoffs of professors and teachers atwork, changing positions to determine, passing competitions and certification; professors, teachers, employees and students, and comply with the internal regulations, and monitor compliance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including encouragement, provision of social assistance and the adoption of disciplined punishments; • maintain the staff list with the economic department; • on personal issues to work together with other higher organizations; • To conduct negotiations and to involve in work of graduates, bachelors and masters; • monitor the established order of personal files, T-2 cards, professors, teachers, workers and students; • to control the correct filling of the diploma forms and the application for the graduates of the branch; • maintenance of the work record book and their report; • professors, teachers and employees who reached the retirement age, to prepare their documents at their place of residence and to conduct the correct report on the delivery to the social security department; • keep a statistical report on a certain form for all categories of teachers and employees of the branch; • every month to submit reports on providing the population with work and hand over information to quotas in the social protection department of the city; • to control labor contracts in 2 copies in writing; • Control over orders and their timely execution on labor holidays and business trips.
