A Cooperation Agreement Signed Between Uzbekistan State World Languages University and A.S. Pushkin State Russian Language Institute
On May 22–23 of this year, during the Uzbekistan-Russia Interregional Rectors' Conference held at Namangan State University, a cooperation agreement was signed between Uzbekistan State World Languages University (UzSWLU) and the A.S. Pushkin State Russian Language Institute of the Russian Federation.
This document aims to strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation in areas such as learning and teaching the Russian language, developing research activities, launching exchange programs for faculty and students, and several other directions.
According to the agreement:

Exchange programs for teachers and students will be implemented;

Professional development courses and practical seminars will be organized for Russian language teachers;

Short-term internships and dissertation research under academic supervision will be arranged for doctoral students;

Joint scientific publications, conferences, and events will be organized.
This partnership plays a significant role in reinforcing bilateral scientific and academic ties, improving the quality of education, and expanding international experience exchange.
Note: The A.S. Pushkin State Russian Language Institute is a leading educational institution in the field of training qualified Russian language specialists, developing educational materials, and teaching methodologies. In 2013, it was designated as a base organization for teaching the Russian language by decision of the CIS Heads of State.
