Internship — not just experience, but a gateway to employment!
As a result of efforts to effectively organize educational and employment processes, provide targeted career guidance for graduates, and ensure strong integration between education and the labor market, 32 graduating students were employed in their specialty fields ahead of schedule.
On June 14, a meeting was held at the Faculty of International Journalism of USWLU with students who had signed initial and tripartite contracts in accordance with Presidential Decree No. PQ–61 dated February 14, 2025, “On Additional Measures to Support Employment of Higher Education Graduates.”
During the program, comprehensive information was provided on the legal and practical aspects of contracts concluded between the university and partner organizations, as well as on the procedure, requirements, and criteria for participating in the selection process.
For reference: graduating students who win the open competition under the direction “Preparing Students for Careers and Organizing Professional Practice” will receive a financial incentive equal to four times the base calculation amount during their internship period.
