Meeting with first-year students of the Faculties of International Journalism and Romance-Germanic Philology

Today, at Uzbekistan State World Languages University, Rector Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov held a meeting with first-year students of the Faculties of International Journalism and Romance-Germanic Philology, who have joined the university community in the new academic year.

The meeting was attended by the university’s vice-rectors, heads of departments, Dean of the Faculty of International Journalism A. Matyakubov, and Dean of the Faculty of Romance-Germanic Philology Kh. Khakimov. Students’ questions were answered in detail within the scope of their respective fields.

In his speech, Rector Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov spoke about the conditions created for young people, the use of modern methods in the educational process, cooperation programs with foreign universities, as well as mechanisms to support talented students. He also encouraged students to be active, take initiative, and remain constantly engaged in learning, expressing his best wishes to them.

The meeting was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere, leaving a strong impression on the students.
