Teachers and Mentors’ Day Celebrated at UzSWLU

Today, September 27, on the initiative of the Faculty of English Philology No. 1, the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages hosted a festive program dedicated to Teachers and Mentors’ Day.

The event was opened by the University Rector, Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov, who sincerely congratulated the teachers on the occasion and emphasized the great value of their devoted work in educating and nurturing the younger generation. Commemorative gifts were presented to honored teachers.

During the celebration, professors and teachers were awarded the “Excellence in Higher Education” badges. The “Tantana” group, students, and artists entertained the audience with songs, musical performances, and artistic shows.

The program also featured a special video for teachers, musical gifts, a jazz performance, a comedy show by the QVZ team, and a lottery gift presentation. At the end of the event, the famous singer Alisher Fayz performed his songs, further uplifting the mood of the participants.

This celebration became an unforgettable gift for all teachers and mentors.
