Uzbekistan Delegation at EXPO-2025
The delegation of the Republic of Uzbekistan participated in the World Expo 2025, held in Osaka, Japan, under the theme “Designing Future Society for Our Lives.”
The delegation was led by the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Qo‘ng‘irotboy Sharipov. Among the delegation members were rectors of several higher education institutions, including the Rector of the Uzbek State University of World Languages, Ilhomjon Tuxtasinov.
The main goals of EXPO-2025 are to showcase technological and innovative achievements, promote culture and tourism, strengthen international cooperation, and find solutions to social and environmental challenges. The exhibition serves as a platform for exchanging experiences and ideas among countries, seeking new opportunities for the future, and encouraging global tourism.
More than 100 countries are participating in EXPO-2025 with their national pavilions. The Uzbekistan delegation visited the following pavilions:

Japan Pavilion.
During the visit, the delegation closely explored the innovative projects, cultural heritage, and tourism potential showcased in the Uzbekistan Pavilion, as well as cutting-edge developments from other participating countries.
