The Administration of the International Nordic University in Tashkent visited the Uzbekistan State World Languages of Uzbekistan.

During the visit, a meeting was organized among the Rector of the International Nordic University in Tashkent Sherzod Mustafaqulov, Honorary Consul of Finland in Uzbekistan Alisher Jorayev, Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and Innovations Odil Kuysinovlar and Rector of UzSWLU I. Tukhtasinov, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation A.Nasirov, Head of International Relations Department H. Yoldashev.

At the meeting, the issues of opening the Finnish language at UzSWLU by hiring an expert from the International Nordic University, establishing cooperation with Finnish universities, improving the qualifications of professors and teachers , organizing Uzbek and Russian language summer schools for students of Finnish HEIs as well as cooperation in the field of scientific research were discussed.

After the visit, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed.
