Ceremonial recognitions with the "Excellence in Information and Library Science" badge, established by the Resolution No. 803 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 22, 2020, are ongoing.

As part of the XVIII International Conference “Central Asia–2025: Internet and Information-Library Resources in Science, Education, and Business,” held on May 15–17, 2025 at the Information and Library Center in Fergana, Saida Irgashevna Kayumova, Director of the Information Resource Center of the Uzbek State University of World Languages, was awarded the "Excellence in Information and Library Science" badge.
